The State of California and all government in the United States works for the people not the other way around. I refuse to spend my time monitoring their tax issue that as far as I know was never authorized by the people of California. When will we all wake up and discover that, if you add all of the taxes we pay for in this country, we more than likely take home 33% of our earned income. Everyone talks about income tax but that is only the most obvious tax we pay. Think about the other taxes we pay everyday everywhere we go. Sales tax, Excise tax, gasoline taxes, Property tax, Personal property tax (yes business owners you pay a tax every year on equipment and furniture that you already paid a sales tax on), license plate fees (yes those are taxes as well but the state got sneakie and called it a fee so that we wouldn't get upset) just to name a few. It is time for us to get educated. Our government will continue to spend more than we can give them regardless of how much it is. And now they want us to monitor their use tax "law" because they have run out of money due to their inability to manage it properly. We are fools if we think our current government has its constituents in their best interest. Hey they just gave themselves another raise in Congress and the Senate. Do you really think they feel your pain. Pretty self-centered of us if we think they do. 1

I learned that dental implant systems, including abutments, are exempt from use tax. I included them when I filed and can now request a refund! Thanks for keeping me informed. 5
