Law on Fee Caps Affects New Contracts: Common Questions and Sample Letter

With the passage of AB 2275, CDA’s sponsored bill prohibiting dental plans from placing fee caps on services they do not cover, numerous questions have been asked about the effect of the bill when it becomes law.
